This is one of my DH's favorite chutney.Tastes yummy and very easy to prepare.
Ingredients
1 Cup Moong Dal
3 Red chili's
Salt
Hing
Seasoning
1 Tbs Oil
Mustard
Jeera
1 red Chili
Curry leaves
1. Soak Moong Dal for 1/2 hr.
2. Dry roast Red Chili's.
3. Grind soaked Moong Dal, Fried chilies and little Hing.Take the chutney add salt to it.
4. Heat a pan with oil and add mustard, jeera ,red chili's and curry leaves.Once the mustards are done add the seasoning to the chutney.
* Serve with Rice and Ghee.
