Mango's make me remind my beautiful summer holidays with my Grand Mom.It's a good season for Pickles too... We use to get Mango's from our farm to prepare different pickles for thwhole year..
1 tbs of Methi
2 Tbs Red Mirchi Powder
Salt ( according to taste )
Seasoning
1/2 Tbs Mustered
1 Red Chilli
Hing ( For taste)2 Tbs Oil
1 Red Chilli
Hing ( For taste)2 Tbs Oil

1. Grate Mango and keep it aside.
2. Fry Methi seeds till they become crispy.
3. Grind the Methi seeds.
4. Add it to the grated Mango.
5. Add salt to the mixture according to your taste.
5. Heat oil in a pan and add mustered once they start spluttering and red chilli's and Hing to it.
6. Add Chilly powder while the oil is hot so that chilli powder fries well and tastes good.
7. Add seasoning to the Mango and Methi mixture.
*This pickle stays for a long time. Can be served with Rice.
